  • More focus group discussion and share opinion on specific topic
  • There were very few R&D Leaders at the meeting which was overwhelmed by junior representatives from the host country
  • 1. Get leaders there 2. Have an attractive agenda with major speakers 3. Have a registration fee and limit participation to leaders only
  • Yes, improved! and exchange concept idea of knowledge management
  • As a result of this meeting, we get idea on the managing knowledge for improving on my job
